Oh, hello there! Welcome to our online hive!
We have been buzzing to launch this website for weeks now, and we can’t say how excited we are to finally be live. So excited we don’t even know how to start. Well, I guess we can start by introducing ourselves.
We are Hive360, and our mission is to shake the world of work and change the shape of employee engagement. How do we intend to do that? With our employment model, which gives workers access to unparalleled benefits whilst empowering businesses to focus on their growth.
For employers, Hive360 has a team of experts available to look after all their administrative and legislative responsibilities with fully compliant services for payroll, pensions auto enrolment, HR and training. What’s more, we offer access to HR legal specialists that are always at the end of the phone so you get the advice and guidance you need when you need it.
For employees, our cutting edge mobile portal provides them with benefits such as NHS approved 24/7 online and telephone GP service, thousands of leisure and shopping discounts, telephone counselling services for stress, marriage problems and other issues, a training platform to further their knowledge and their digital payslips (fully GDPR compliant) and online pension access so that they can keep track of their future finances quickly and easily.
This blog is where we’ll share insight and opinion on everything work related – employee engagement, future of work, productivity, pensions, important legislation changes and much more. But it’s not all about us – we’d love to hear your opinions too, so please send us comments, questions and suggestions. If you don’t feel like leaving a comment here, feel free to drop us a line at email@example.com.
Want to know more about the co-employment model? Keep an eye on here, we’ll soon write more about it and show you how it works.
